NATURE PROTECTION MINISTRY COMMENTS ALARM SIGNAL ON FOREST FELLINGThe inspection found cut down trees and calculated the damage caused to nature. Vahagnadzor villager M. Ghoukasyan cut down 6 trees, and the damage made up 442,555 AMD. Five more cut down trees have been cut down, while the damage amounted to 222,000 AMD.

During his presidency, his Advisor on Security Garnik Isagoulyan who at present represents Serzh Sargsyan at the National Assembly obtained a right to construct a mansion in Sevan. On 10 November 2007 he obtained a territory of 0,2 ha and had to pay 30,000 AMD per year. Nevertheless, Isagoulyan paid only 54,000 AMD for 2006-2008 years.
