Dear Minister, RA Government adopted decision 684-N “On Approving the Description and Territory Size of “Jrvezh” Forest park and Amending RA Government Decision N 1046-N dated on 18 July 2002” on 18 June of this year.
Please, submit clarifications on the following fact: whether the new border of “Jrvezh” forest park does not include the land area of 23 ha that is situated on the Yerevan-Garni highway in accordance with this decision and the map attached thereto and Appendix 1.
The photos of this land area of 23 ha, RA Government decision, the Appendix and the territory photos are attached to this inquiry.
