The public campaign aimed to recall the bill on making amendments and supplements in RA Law “On Non-Governmental Organizations” is going on. As CDPF office advised EcoLur, 267 NGOs throughout the country and from Yerevan joined this protest and put their signatures. Natural persons also decided to join this company – 50 signatures.
On 28 January the Ministry of Justice promised a new draft of the bill. Nevertheless, as of 3 February, the documents were not submitted, as under the Ministry, a high-bulk package of documents is being drawn up that touches upon amendments in other laws as well.
In its turn, NGOs don’t give up and intend to continue the protest up to the complete recall of this bill.
