A problem rose in regard to the dead animals in the neighborhood called “Dimatz” in Vanadzor Town. The Tandzout River flows in the territory of this neighborhood, where recently dead animals with stripped off skin have frequently been found thus poisoning the whole surroundings. Not only the residents, but also the official bodies don’t know the reason why the crippled animal bodies can be found in the river. “In order to find out the circumstances, we should appoint watchmen in this neighborhood, but it’s impossible due to technical reasons,” – said Lyova Melikyan, the Head of Public Service Department of Vanadzor Municipality and hoped that the guilty would be detected.
