The Head of the State Environmental Inspection of the Ministry of Nature Protection of RA Tigran Grigoryan was charged with bribery in an large amount (Para 4 (2), Article 311 of the Criminal Code of RA), and his deputy Arsen Petrosyan - bribery in an large amount and in a particularly large amount (Para 3 (3) and Para 4 (2), Article 311 of the Criminal Code of RA).This is the statement made by the service of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
According to this source, the Special Service of Armenia has finished the preliminary investigation on the case of bribery by the Ministry of Nature Protection officials.
