The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering the opportunity to set up a fund for loaning energy-efficient areas together with other international organizations and the Armenian government.This statement was made by Valeriy Razlog, Head of EBRD Office Yerevan.
“We intend to invest 25 million in this area through commercial banks, as well as we plan to sign an agreement of 15 million USD with banks by the end of 2010,” V. Razlog specified.
