In reply to the written application of Teghout Protection Group members to the Eurpean bank for Reconstruction and Development, Vallex Company submitted own comments to the Hetq electronic newspaper, which particularly says: “not mentioning the letter content we consider it necessary to state that the letter includes non-substantiated information, misrepresentation of facts and erroneous cooment…”.
