A huge “hole” in the ozone layer has emerged above Arctic. Scientists date this formation to February-March.

According to the international group of scientists on the pages of “Nature” latest issue, the surface of the “hole”, which ultraviolet rays of the sun pass through, make up about 2 million square kilometers.
