From 02.09.2014 to 12.09.2014 “Dilijan” National Park SNCO employees detected cases of illegal forest felling, as Information and Public Relations Department of Nature Protection Ministry informs. Seven protocols were drawn on illegal transportation 27 trees and 4 cum timber from the forest. The violators were detained in “Haghartsin” and “Gosh” sections of the Park. The specialists are still estimating the extent of the damage caused to the forest as a result of illegal felling.
