On 7 March Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan received the heads of 16 illegally operating fish farms. On 20 February these illegally operating fish farms were detected by the appropriate division of the ministry as a result of cutting off the water in the left wing of Hrazdan-Yeraskhavan canal for testing purposes. The Ministry granted an opportunity to business entities to apply for surface water usage permit in clarified and accelerated manner.
Aram Harutyunyan outlined that the Ministry will grant opportunities to all business entities operating with surface water.
