It is in process defined to get the consent of heads of village and regional municipalities and the government will soon make a decision,” Gevorg Sargsyan said. In reply to EcoLur's question, how the protection of the reserve is carried out, when the reserve does not have fencing, Gevorg Sargsyan said, “Erebuni State Reserve is in a normal condition. It is true that there is no fencing, I have never seen any fencing since I work here. The protection is carried out at appropriate level, fire works are also carried out at appropriate level as fires have never burnt and we do not have any problems”. "Erebuni" State Reserve was established in 1981 and is located in the south-east of Yerevan, on the borderline of Mushaghbyur and Geghadir villages.
