EcoLur

Unidentified people have felled down 30 trees of different species and diameters in 'Shikahogh' State Sanctuary of Zangezour Biosphere Complex of RA Nature Protection Ministry. 7 trees have been cut down in the community-owned administrative area of Tsav Community, Syunik Region. As a result of illegal felling, the state incurred damage of 5.393.466 AMD: a criminal case has been initiated.

The obtained data resulted in having reasonable doubts on the fact that illegal felling has been carried out as a result of the improper or negligent performance of the obligations by Inspector A.N of 'Shikahogh' State Sanctuary included in Zangezour Biosphere Complex. He has signed not to leave his place of residence, as Public Relations Department of RA Prosecutor's Office says.
