“We Are This City’s Owners” Civic Initiative and “Our City” Public Civic Initiative
In reply to the recent protests raised in regard with illegal construction conducted in the section of Mashtots Avenue and Yeznik Koghbatsi St., Yerevan Municipality has circulated an official clarification, which says, “the Municipality has been conducting site development works in the aforementioned section of the avenue in accordance with Yerevan Center Zoning Project.”
Reminder: we speak about pavilions dismantled from Abovyan Street and being relocated in this territory.
We would like to record; in fact, Yerevan Municipality is conducting this site development neither in accordance with Yerevan master plan not Yerevan Center Zoning Project.
