The Republican Party of Armenia celebrated the victory at the elections of Aldermen’s Council of Yerevan on 5 May with night fireworks. The final results of the elections haven’t been finalized yet, when at night at 24:00 the Hrazdan Gorge and Atchapnyak community shuddered from volleys lasting over an hour. By that time independent observers actively summarized the findings of recorded violations. www.iditord.org website has recorded the largest number of violations – 105 and 78 and these violations relate to the procedure of elections and public order. The number of detected falsifications is 49 and the detected cases of bribes and pressures– 71.

Under the data of the police, the total number of electors made up 816.475 people. As the Central Electoral Committee states, the turnout was 437,021 or 53.53% as of 20:00 p.m.

And the latest data as of 24:00 p.m. 5 May 2013 are as follows: Republican Party of Armenia – 55.86% (235,512 votes), Prosperous Armenia Party – 23.05% (97,189), “Barev [Hello], Yerevan” bloc – 8.47% (35,732), Armenian National Congress Party – 4.39% (18,499), ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party – 3.79% (15,999), Orinats Yerkir Party – 3.73% (15,733), Arakelutyun Party – 0.64% (2,692).
