On the eve of general protest demonstration in the park on Mashtots Avenue the lull is relative. Under EcoLur observations, as of 11:00 a.m., i.e. two hours before the protest demonstration, the representatives of law enforcement bodies have already gathered in the park but in the civilian clothes.
