The Government has found out that this year mosquitoes and other biting insects are going to winter starting from august because of the change in climatic conditions and drying of vegetation surface in Jermuk Town. With this reasoning, the Armenian Government decided to annul the contest announced for the services in combating insects on 18 September. The Agriculture Ministry was allotted 4,576,000 AMD for combating insects still on 3 July 2014.
