Yerevan Mayor had a meeting with the former land users of Dalma gardens

Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan had a meeting with the former land users of Dalma gardens and heard out the problems concerning them related to compensations to be given by the developers previously purchased the ground areas.
Getting acquainted with each case and application and talking with the residents Taron Margaryan assured that the Municipality, acting from the moral aspect of the problem's solution, within its powers will take appropriate measures to solve the problem of those citizens who hadn't received the compensation.
"Though the urban development program is very important for the city, I assure you that no urban development program will be discussed with economy entities until the problem of the land users has been solved", said the Mayor.
Taron Margaryan assigned the working group to go on the negotiations with the organizations owning the ground areas and to discuss realistic variants of compensation.
