As compared with in 2014 the number of hail-hazardous processes increased twice in Armenia in 2015, as ''ARMENIAN STATE HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL AND MONITORING SERVICE" SNCO Director Levon Vardanyan said. According to him, the number of anti-hail stations have also increased. 'If in the beginning of 2015 the total number of anti-hail stations was 412, at the end of the year it was 460, which are located in 8 regions in Armenia. According to the specialists, if the number of the stations reaches 1471, it will protect around 117680 ha area.'
