Criminal Case Initiated Based on Incident occurred Near "Khachi Qar" SHPP

On 21 June an incident occurred near “Khachi Qar” SHHP operated by “BSB” LLC, based on which a criminal case has been initiated. During the preliminary investigation of the criminal case it was found out that the administration of “BSB” LLC violated the employment legislation and arising legal relations during the rehabilitation works of the hydropower plant, which led to the violation of the terms and conditions of License 0487 issued to the company, as the Public Services Regulatory Committee website informs.
