The trial of the claim planned on 13 May against environmentalist Yeghia Nersissian issued by Deno Gold Mining Company was postponed. The reason was Yeghia Nersissian’s barrister Tigran Yegoryan and Lusine Hakobyan’s bad health of state. Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytoun General Jurisdiction Court Judge Armen Danielyan approved the motion filed by Yeghia Nerssisian. The next trial has been appointed at 15:00 on 10 June.
