Pastinfo Agency informs that the criminal case initiated against Ex Vayots Dzor Regional Head Sergey Bagratyan for the embezzlement of large sums of money and abuse of authorities. The preliminary investigation is carried out by the Special Criminal Investigation Department of RA. Under the source, Sergey Bagratyan demanded from the heads of several communities false documents to obtain fuel, which was not distributed, while the funds were already embezzled.
In his turn, Sergey Bagratyan denied this information. In his interview with panorama.am, the ex regional head call it “tall tale.”
For our part we would like to remind that Sergey Bagratyan owns “BSB” company, which particularly deals with the construction of SHHPs in Vayots Dzor Region. The latest project of the company, “Gndevanq” SHHP caused negative response not only of the environmental public, but also that of the environmental expertise of Nature Protection Ministry for negligently complied documentation package.
