When Will Forest near Ararat Cement Plant Appear?

A forest is planned to be planted in 2012 to mitigate the impact of emissions of Ararat cement plant on environment, under the socio-economic development plant for Ararat Region for 2012-2014. The plan also says that a check dam should be raised and the pipelines of Ararat gold extraction plant should be renewed. It should be mentioned that forest planting was planned still for 2011, but still no measures have been taken, while their implementation will cost 70 million AMD.
