102 Acts Imposed on 102 Soil Managers Out of 192

In 2014 around 192 soil managers underwent inspections, which resulted in drawing up 102 acts on exceeding the soil management limits, as Samvel Mkrtchyan, Head of State Inspection of Soil of Energy and Natural Resources Ministry, said at the press conference held on  12 December.

125 soil managers have been issued notifications-warnings on the termination of the mining right to eliminate detected drawbacks in the soil management process within set deadlines, out of which 15 soil managers didn’t eliminate the drawbacks within the set deadlines, administrative penalties were imposed on 66 soil managers and 8,200,000 AMD was credited into the state budget in the reporting period.

In 2014 the State Inspection for Soil detected 23 illegal cases of soil management, which was duly reported to the law enforcement bodies, criminal cases were initiated and the preliminary investigations are in process.
