The Nature Protection Ministry has refused to provide the Pan-Armenian Environmental Front the copies of water usage permits issued to “Zangezour CMC”, “Ler-EX” LLC, “Megaenergy” LLC, “GAHA Energy LLC”. In reply to PEF request dated on 12 March the Ministry that the provision of information is refused in line with the provisions of Article 1(1) of Article 8 of RA Law “On Freedom of Information”, which says that provision of information is rejected, if it contains state, banking or commercial secret.
