On 21 May, at 12:00 p.m. “Jermuk Development Center” NGO organizes a discussion devoted to the development of Amoulsar Gold Mine.
On 18 April 2012 Nature Protection Ministry held a discussion about the development of Amoulsar gold mine, where the experts mentioned a number of violations in regard with studies of biodiversity and a number of laws. The aim of the NGO is to make general public in Yerevan aware of these problems. The following participants are invited: representatives of Nature Protection Ministry and “Geoteam” Company, WWF Armenia Head Karen Manvelyan, zoologist Alik Malkhasyan, botanist Anush Nesisyan, and zoologist Hrach Ghazaryan from the Foundation for Wildlife and Cultural Assets Preservation.
