The Georgian opposition asserts that a nuclear power plant rather than a hydropower plant has been constructed in Khertvisi.
Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili has long been speaking about his desire to conquer this atom. But after the disaster at Japanese “Fukushima” NPP these plans collapsed.
