The problem with radioactive waste management hasn’t been solved yet, as Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Areg Galstyan reported to the President. In July 2013 during double visit of OSART (Operational Safety Review Team) to ANPP, it was mentioned that 10 proposals out of 10 proposals made by the OSART in 2011 had been performed, four proposals need additional works to be performed, particularly the problem of medium and low radioactive waste management was mentioned.
