Several days ago the illegal tree felling carried out in the administrative area of Davtashen, Yerevan City, caused damage to environment in the amount of 2,860,000 AMD. Tree felling was conducted in Aghababyan Street, in front of 'Dolphin' swimming pool. A total number of 29 trees have been cut down, out of which 3 totally and 26 at the height of 2 meters. The damage was estimated by the employees of State Environmental Inspection of RA Nature Protection Ministry, as Nature Protection Ministry informs.
Reminder: on 10 April the police detected and detained the person having carried out the illegal tree felling - A. S. born in 1966.
