Upon the resolution of Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, Inessa Gabayan has been appointed the Chair of Water Committe. She is the Director of “HydroEnergy” LLC.
Inessa Gabayan is the expert of projects implemented jointly by EcoLur and RA Nature Protection Ministry: UNDP/GEF funded "Support to SHPP-relating reforms through the dialogue of public and RA Nature Protection Ministry for Sustainable Use of River Ecosystems” and UNDP/GEF funded "Supporting new reforms in SHPP sector through CSO-government dialogue".
