Pan-Armenian Environmental Front
The problems related with Lake Sevan are numerour, both visible and invisible. The most visible one is the contamination of the littoral shores with household garbage, which is environmental hazard, as well as a serious obstacle for organizing rest on the littoral areas.
A group of environmentalists have initiated a pan-Sevan garbage collection, which will be carried out on 14 May in 25 areas studied and mapped beforehand not leased by different business entities.
