Residents of building 46, Davtashen 4th quarter, are complaining of resumed construction works in front of their building, as we learn from the open letter disseminated by the residents.
Reminder: on 25 June the residents of the same building built an alarm signal that the trees in the garden were felled down. Five trees were felled down, but they succeeded to stop the construction. Under the residents, it’s planned to construct a car service center in that area.
In their open letter the residents ask for the support of the environmentalists to make their voices more powerful and to stop the permit issued to Arthur Martirosyan for the new construction in front of their building and to review the municipality decision of land allocation.
“We have only this small land area left with green and fruit trees. All the land allocations are completely illegal, as they were done without public discussion and our agreement, besides, all the constructions in progress will turn into a disaster for the residents of multi-storey building,” says the open letter of the residents.
