Zin-Avan Neighborhood in Dilijan is buried in garbage. Argam Oustyan raised the alarm signal in this regard. “Both houses and land areas suffer from garbage. Plastic bins and bags spread around the territory and turn out to be in our orchards,” he writes. The whole neighbourhood has only one refuse bin, from where the garbage is collected only once a week. “Dili Mac” is responsible for garbage collection. Dilijan Office of “Just Armenia” NGO intends to hold signature collection and to address to the appropriate body to solve this problem.
