Special Criminal Investigation Department refuses to prosecute Nature Protection Ministry officials on the grounds of the materials provided by Teghout Support Civic Initiative. This information is in the statement circulated by Teghout Support civic initiative. Reminder: on April 5 2013 the initiative submitted a report on crime to Special Criminal Investigation Department, which referred to illegal actions relating to “Vallex” Group Company as reported by Environmental Resources Management» (ERM) and Nature Protection Ministry’s inactions in this regard and demanded from the department to initiate a criminal case.
