“It turns out that all the decision adopted on Teghout can be appealed only by the government and the company, which has been issued the right to develop the mine, nobody else. This is nonsense.” Barrister Hayk Aloyan expressed this idea when presenting public attitude of the judiciary to the Arhus Convention acceded by Armenia in 2001.
