The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a resolution, which condemns the Armenian government decision on Teghout mine development.
"We strongly condemn continuous violations of international obligations made by Armenia and demand to annul the decision on Teghout mine development," the resolution says.
