"Teghout" CJSC Doesn’t Agree with Ombudsman’s Report

"Teghout" CJSC has circulated a refutation in regard with the provisions of the Ombudsman’s report for 2012 in terms of "Teghout" CJSC. The press release particularly says, ‘the expression found in the report ‘the problem of license for the current activities of "Teghout" CJSC, which develops Teghout copper and molybdenum mine’ can’t comply with the reality.’ Then it says, ‘Once again we make sure that "Teghout" CJSC operates in any field after it ensured the compliance with the Armenian legislation.’ Read the full version of the refutation in Armenian.
