In his interview with the Azatutyun Radio Station Director and Deputy Chairman of ACP Company (ACP Company was issued a permit to develop Teghout Mine) Gagik Arzoumanyan was asked a question when VTB Bank will start financing the program, he said the banks has set some requirements.
“One of the main issues strictly set up by the bank is proving the viability of the environmental action plan. Now independent international experts are conducting examination,” Arzoumanyan said.
He said the examination results will be ready in two months and there will be no more obstacles for funding the program.
VTB Bank will grant a loan of 280 million USD for the mine development.
