Dashtavan Villagers vs. “Arm Water Sewage” Company

Dashtavan Villagers, Ararat Region, assert that “Arm Water Sewage” Company attributes non-substantiated debts to them.
“Arm Water Sewage” Company has sued them and in many cases through law enforcement body charges 30% of villagers’ pensions in favour of the water supplying company. Besides, the court put injunction on the villagers’ property, i.e. we have the same situation that the Azatutyun Radio station has recently recorded in Saralanj Village, Kotayk Region. Dashtavan Villagers show their payment slips and ask, what the reason was for “Arm Water Sewage” Company to act like this toward more than 500 households in Dashtavan. Some villagers said they have to deal with the same case in court for the second time.
