On 22 February “For Ensuring Ecological Safety and Developing Democracy” NGO brought an action against Deno Gold Mining Company to the Court of General Jurisdiction in Syunik Marz. Particularly, the organization demands the court to obligate the company to submit information about the check results conducted by the State Environmental Inspection of the Ministry of Nature Protection of RA in 2009.
