On 20 August the administrative complaint filed by 'ArmOil' CJSC was held at RA Nature Protection and Soil Inspection Body. The company had appealed the act drawn up by the inspection body on the cessation of the plant construction in Nati neighborhood in Yeghvard. The Inspection representative mentioned that the construction area exceeded 1500 sq.m. and made up 26856 sq.m., thus it is subject to expert assessment, which was the ground for the suspension of the construction regardless of the fact whether the plant is going to process petroleum products or something else.
