Yerevan is going to have "green" transport, and the city looks forward to the support of international partners, including the European Union and its structures.
This was stated by Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan during his meeting with Vasilis Maragos, Head of Eastern Neighbourhood Regional Programs Division at the Directorate General for Neighbourhood and European Commission Expansion.
For his part, Vasilis Maragos noted that the EU institutions are committed to helping to create a safe and prosperous environment for the population in the partner countries and are ready to discuss the terms of cooperation in certain areas.
