Judge of RA Administrative Court Karen Zarikyan assessed the representation of RA Environment Ministry as passive, “Whether your passiveness in the representation of RA interests is the official attitude of your departments or it is the matter of the experience of the representatives?” he questioned.

On 19 April, Judge of RA Administrative Court Karen Zarikyan addressed a letter in writing to RA Environment Ministry and Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources sending the copies of this letter to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.  The letter particularly says, “Since the involvement of Environment Ministry and Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, they haven’t taken part in the trial of the case in any manner, the court hasn’t received their position in any matter examined in the course of trial, whereas a number of very important issues have been discussed. The representation of RA Environment Ministry is merely physical; the representatives simply take part in the court hearings: so far the court hasn’t received the position of RA Environment Ministry towards the claim and numerous legal issues arising in the course of the trial of this case.”
