For the purpose of carrying out the expert assessment, a contract will be signed with “Earth Link & Advanced Resources Development” (ELARD) internationally accredited company.
RA Prime Minister addressed a question to Chair of RA Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan, “We’ve put forward a problem to have the answers to these questions till spring, what is the progress now?”

“Such processes usually last 6-8 months. We have accelerated these processes as possible together with our colleagues from the Nature Protection Ministry, as there were a number of procedures, which couldn’t have been passed by. We have overcome the preparatory process in 4 months, while the final expert assessment opinion by ELARD will be provided in 12-16 weeks – 3-4 months. But they are going to provide an interim report every 2 weeks. They have expressed their willingness to submit us the preliminary findings in May,” to Chair of RA Investigative Committee informed.
