Bushes and roots are cleaned at the Vardenis site of Sevan National Park, in the administrative districts of Tsovak, near the Lake Sevan forests. The total area of the cleared area is 98 hectares, out of which 4 hectares are completely waterlogged and 94 hectares are fully swampy. Cleaning work should be completed by 1901.5. "Currently works are being carried out in three sections with total area of 40 hectares," the official website of Gegharkunik Regional Administration says.
