Five acre of tree planting was carried out in May-June 2014 in four sections of Dilijan National Park, as the Nature Protection Ministry informs. Despite the works carried out, the trends of biodiversity development are not supervised because of malfunction of the monitoring system in Dilijan National Park, the impact of different pressures on the territories of the national park are not assessed consecutively, as Management Plan of Dilijan National Park for 2015-2019 says. Development works of five-year management plan of the park have already launched, which will take all the issues into consideration. The Caucasus Nature Fund assists developing the five-year management plan. Under the Nature Protection Ministry, the Fun has provided 100,000 Euros to the Dilijan National Park.
