EBRD Supported Lydian International For US $ 3 Million

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) acquired 3,809,524 ordinary shares of the Company for US$ 3 million, as the company writes on its official website and noted the net proceeds received from EBRD in respect of the exercise of the warrants to its Armenian subsidiaries specifically engaged in the exploration and development activities in Armenia and will use such proceeds solely in connection with its Armenian projects. Thus, the EBRD expanded its participation in Amulsar project, where the bank had already invested US$ 5.8 million, under the information the bank displayed about the project.
