Sevan Resident: If We Don’t Stop These Two Projects, Living on Sevan Shore Will Be Hazardous for Life and Health

The increase in water outlets from Lake Sevan and the creation of artificial fish farms in the lake are the biggest blows that the government has hit to the lake, as the participants of the round table think, which was held in Sevan Town on 18 April.
Satenik Badeyan, Sevan Resident and “Regional Development and Research Center” NGO representative, “Now a very serious problem is jeopardizing us: the water level decreases, the number of water outlets is increased, plus artificial fish farms polluting the water we have. If we don’t stop these two projects right now, we can start packing our things right now, because it’s hazardous to live on the shore of Lake Sevan for our lives and health…”
