EcoLur continues to present declarations on the real owners of the companies operating the metal mines in Armenia, which were published within the framework of EITI on the website of State Register Agency of Legal Entities of RA Justice Ministry.
In this publication, we will cover the declaration submitted by Litchqvaz CJSC operating Litchqvaz-Tey gold mine (the mine is not developed) in Syuniq Region.
Sole Owner of Company
“Litchqvaz” CJSC was registered on November 12, 2010. The sole real owner of the company is Sasun Avetisyan, a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, with 100% shares, which he acquired on December 23, 2019. He is also the head of the company's executive body.
In addition to “Litchqvaz” CJSC, Sasun Avetisyan also works for “Aparazh Mining”, “AGRS”, and “S&A Mining” LLC in Armenia. Sasun Avetisyan is the general director of "Aparazh Mining", which is engaged in the production of industrial explosives.
“AGRS” LLC is acting as an intermediary company for Avetisyan in “Litchqvaz” CJSC.
