On May 21, 2015, RA Government Decree 791-N recognized the public domain over the expansion of the Artsvanik tailing dump in the administrative boundaries of Artsvanik, Sevaqar, Atchani, Ghapni and Syunik rural communities in the total amount of 491,8093 hectares of agricultural land areas.
