RA Chief Prosecutor’s office has examined and found out that the drinking water pumping station constructed in 1999 was joined to the water supply systems of Noyemberyan Town and Berdavan village with the remainder value of 29,649,000 AMD and was registered in the balance of “Hayjrmukhkoyughi” CJSC.
Nevertheless, as a result of several actions carried the pumping station constructed at the expense of budget funds, with the remainder value of 29,649,000 AMD and registered in the balance of “Hayjrmukhkoyughi” CJSC, with its buildings and property, was mentioned as a voluntarily-built building in the certificate of ownership registration as of 23.12.2009.
The competent officials of RA State Committee of Water Economy, using their office not within the interests of the state, didn’t take any active measures in 2015-2019 to dispute the registration of the pumping station as a voluntarily-built building and to annul this transaction. A criminal case has been initiated.
